Pacific Landmark

Pacific Landmark is one of the development projects of Joel Luna Planning and Design (JLPD). Located in Cagayan de Oro, the project is envisioned as a mixed-use destination connected to the city’s growth, movement, and riverfront potential.

For this project, we created a visual storytelling video presentation to help communicate what Pacific Landmark is, why the location matters, and how the development can become a meaningful landmark for the city.

The project needed more than a standard presentation. It needed a clearer story, a stronger visual flow, and a more engaging way to present the vision behind the development.
